Dual-Brand Hotel

This Tempo and Home2 Suites dual-brand hotel project is located in the heart of the Lipoa Community on Maui within walking distance of Maui Brewing Company, Kihei Charter School, and Maui Nui Golf Club. The project consists of three buildings: a 4-story hotel building for each brand and two 1-story shared amenity buildings which include a market, flex space, cafe, bar, fitness and outdoor pool deck with a grilling patio. The hotel is set to open in the fall of 2026 with 220 guestrooms.
