This 7-story, 179-unit micro apartment project will have three levels of underground parking and a generous amount of bike parking. The project will also have a large rooftop amenity space which will take advantage of great views that surround the site and will include BBQ areas, lounge and casual seating areas, multiple fireplace / firepit areas and an activity area. There is also, a public plaza on the site with an urban pedestrian pathway along the west edge of the property.
